General setup
Org-wide defaults on the NumberForge Configuration page. Field rules, Phone Assistant, and Flow inherit these unless overridden.
Default country
Section titled “Default country”How NumberForge resolves country for local numbers (without a leading +):

| None | No org default. Set per field rule, Flow, or Phone Assistant. |
| Fixed country | Always use the selected country (for example United States). |
| Organization locale | Derive country from Salesforce org locale. |
Default save format
Section titled “Default save format”Applied when a field rule has formatting enabled without its own format, and when Flow NF Process Phone leaves Output Format blank. Options: E164, International, National, RFC3966.
Formatting runs for valid numbers only.
After save
Section titled “After save”Changes apply to subsequent processing. Existing records are updated on the next save (with automation) or when touched in Phone Assistant. There is no bulk backfill.
